As good as Airbnb gets!

Beautiful flat, stylish period decor. Fantastic views from large bay windows across the sea to the pier. Great in early morning and late evening. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Lovely and clean throughout and well equipped. Straddles tow worlds - turn left and it’s the seafront with a bracing 10/15 stroll to Brighton centre. Turn right into the increasing cool but not pretentious Kemp Town with delis,junk shops, nice pubs etc. We liked the Thomas Kemp( friendly and fun) and are at the Ginger Dog- good eclectic menu of excellent food and nice and friendly. The one thing we would say ‘don’t miss’ is half a day in the North Laines( no spelling mistake). And if you find the tiny vegi cafe ( whose name we’ve forgotten) for lunch you won’t be disappointed. We had a lovely 5 days in Brighton area and this was the ideal flat to leave from and return to. We have no reservations in recommending it to you. The whole booking process was fast and smooth and friendly. Jane is v. good at her job. All in all- this is about as good Airbnb gets. The sights of this house is wonderful, you can see the sea through the windows in the living room!

Hi there It is a really good apartment. I enjoyed the time that I stayed there. The sights of this house is wonderful, you can see the sea through the windows in the living room. Transportation is convenient, bus stop is just few meters away from the house. You can take bus from here to city center. Landlord is pretty nice. He helped me a lot when I have the issue of check in.

The location is great with a balcony overlooking the beach

We absolutely loved this place! The location is great with a balcony overlooking the beach. Only thing is, it is a wee walk from the station so just bear that in minds if you have a large amount of luggage. Otherwise if you have a car, I found parking to be quite easy on the street. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!
