Just 8 minutes walk from Hove seafront, and 5 minutes walk from Hove train station this fabulous, immaculately presented, Victorian house is a great choice for a group getaway. Sackville House is in a great position for access to the bars and restaurants along Church Road. There's a frequent bus service 1 minute from the property linking your group to the rest of the city.
Accessed through a newly fitted contemporary front door, a spacious entrance hallway welcomes you into the property with doors leading to the living room, dining room and stairs to two further levels, the kitchen is located to the rear of the property and has double doors leading to a garden courtyard patio terrace.
The bedrooms & bathrooms are arranged over 2 additional floors .
The spacious LIVING room is located to the front of the property & has an original feature large bay window fitted with smart white plantation style shutters. There is a comfortable double sofa bed & chair for the group to sit and relax in, watch TV or chat by the log wood burner. There is a large flat screen wall mounted smart TV with plenty of channels to choose from with Virgin media wireless broadband.
The DINING room is located between the kitchen and living room and has a large dining table and benches to seat up to 10 guests . There is a portable bed in a box which can be set up in this room or moved to where its needed.
The newly fitted KITCHEN is located to the rear of the house and has double doors leading through to the garden terrace which has a small table and chairs for an al-fresco drink of tea or coffee.
The bespoke KITCHEN has top of the range integrated appliances with a 5 ring gas burner hob, extractor fan, large American style fridge freezer, integrated washing machine and dishwasher. AEG microwave/grill/oven
On the First Floor -
A TRIPLE bedroom is located to the rear of the house (sleeps 3) This bedroom is arranged as three single beds plus a rail for your clothes
The larger, front DOUBLE bedroom has a fixed double bed and is located to the front of the house ( sleeps 2)
There is also a family bathroom on this floor which offers both a shower cubicle and a full sized bath to relax in.
On the second floor
A large DOUBLE bedroom has a fixed double bed & has its own self contained en-suite shower room.

Your group will have sole use of the house during your stay Generally check in is after 3pm and check out is by 10am to allow for same day changeovers ie we need the interim time to clean and prepare the property between those times.
If there is no incoming or out going groups on the day we can be flexible on the times depending on cleaning schedules Just ask Andrew and he will let you know when the property is ready.
Last minute bookings will be given preference so we cant confirm late or early check ins/ check outs till nearer the day
VISITOR PARKING PERMITS
A limited number of visitor parking permits are available to buy ( by prior request) for £8 per calendar day (not per 24 hours!): for 2 nights from 3pm Friday to 11 am Sunday you will need 3 vouchers. The permits enable you to park in the resident car parking bays in the specified parking zone. Just scratch off the day and times and display on your car dashboard (kerbside) Parking wardens patrol 8am to 8pm. Please request at the time of booking to avoid disappointment once they are gone they are gone!
