BEDROOM ONE Sleeps 2

Versatile room: ideal for couples, 2 single friends or 2 children.

Accessed from the living room the master bedroom has  its own outside space ( see image with newly painted blue floor) with large built in wardrobe for your clothes and belongings  , This bedroom  can be set up as a double bedroom with 5ft Kingsize bed (on request) or a twin room as standard with 2 x 2ft 6in beds ( hotel style zip and link bed) 

BEDROOM TWO Sleeps 1-2 ( 1 adult or 2 small adults/children at a squeeze) 

This unusually shaped bedroom is also accessed from the living room and gas Large single or small double  bed ( 4ft  or 1 m 20cm  wide) Sleeps 1 large adult or 2 small children at a squeeze. plus fold out chair bed / z bed  with 2 inch  thick depth mattress so  only suitable for short stay )

This bedroom has a wardrobe for your clothes and a desk. 

LARGE OPEN PLAN KITCHEN LIVING DINING ROOM  SLEEPS 2

Open plan kitchen living dining room with feature fireplace, lovely large windows & double french doors opening out onto a large south facing patio terrace with paving, wood sleepers & planted garden pots and outside seating/garden table. This is a lovely sunny spot to sit and relax after a hard days work or shop..

Large L shaped sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 plus additional fold out 'Z' bed

LOCATION: Just a 10- 15 minute walk from Brighton station and 5 minutes from  the Level. 

ACCESS

Accessed via a flight of approximately 10 steps 1 step up and 10 steps down to the patio . The apartment is then all arranged on one level .

Owned & managed by the same team as Parker's Pad, presented to the same high standard. We can recommend a stay at this Terrace oasis Brighton apartment. Its within walking distance of Brighton Station, The old market, the level and the North Laines
