Located in Kemptown Village, with its many cafes, bars, pubs, quirky independent, vintage shops all right around the corner and the Palace Pier an easy 20 mins stroll along the seafront - a perfect location to sample Brighton and all it has to offer.

NB The lift is open from Easter Sunday throughout the summer and closes on the last day of September. .

ACCESS

There are 5 steps up to the front door, the apartment is located on the first floor. via a return flight of stairs, Once inside the apartment it is arranged over 2 split levels with 3 steps down to the bedroom and bathroom

A NOTE ABOUT PARKING

There is no allocated or on-site parking at this property. You can park on the seafront for approx £5.20 for 11 hours (please check the parking signs). Alternatively the nearest car park is on the High Street, just off St James Street. For alternative parking ideas, please visit parkopedia.co.uk
