There is a reception room at the top of the building with vaulted ceiling and balconied area, ideal for a gathering of friends and colleagues for nibbles and drinks. There is an additional useful kitchenette, located on the top mezzanine landing area near the top reception room, ideal for food preparation & storage, with coffee making facilities & washing up sink, cupboards and worktops. Sleek black drinks cooler & fridge.
The house is arranged over 4 main levels with additional mezzanine half levels & landings in between.

PROPERTY MANAGER & CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS
You will be met at the property by Hamayun or one of his team, he is your Property Manager during your stay. His phone number is 0779 613 4519. You can also email him on email@example.com. Please give him a call to advise him of your anticipated arrival time and he will welcome you and show you around or convey a Keycode if arriving out of hours. Should you have any problems during your stay please contact him and he will be happy to help.
If you require parking permits, these are available at £10 per day, per car. Please call Hamayun at least 24 hours before arrival to confirm how many permits you require.
Your keys are ready for you at your holiday property. Please leave them there when you leave, and close the door behind you.They will be checked when the property is cleaned so make sure all sets are left or regrettably we will have to charge £50 per set for missing sets of keys
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in is any time after 3pm and check out is by 11am. ( the bedrooms need to be vacated by 11am but Hamayun usually can allow guests to use the dining room until midday for luggage storage etc
Brighton has a shortage of parking and an abundance of traffic wardens, so please be careful where you park and always check the parking signs!
The Brighton Hen Hotel is in Zone C where parking is restricted to 2 hours maximum at £1/hour.
Resident parking vouchers are available by prior request & subject to availability at £10 per day - these mean you can park anywhere in Zone C -
The closest unrestricted parking is about a 10 minute walk north
We suggest downloading the paybyphone app to your phone and setting up for remote easy parking meter top up
Please be advised the vouchers are per 24 hours. Find a residents bay if you are using vouchers - The vouchers all need to go on the dashboard, kerbside window - traffic wardens check 9am-8pm so put all vouchers on the dashboard at the same time to save you worrying and dragging yourself out of bed - just scratch the days they apply to on each of the vouchers.( available from Hamayun by prior arrangement payable in cash on arrival)

Strictly non smoking. if there are smokers in the group please do not congregate outside the property ( the beach is at the end of the road?)

The kitchen worktop does scratch if you cut directly onto it, so please use the chopping board!

Please check out of your property by 11am. . When leaving please make sure
Please don’t put any baby wipes or wet wipes in the toilet. ( causes blockages)
Please don’t smoke inside the property or near the doors as the smoke detection system is extremely sensitive
Please don’t use the towels to mop-up spillages or remove make-up ( damaged towels may be charged for)
Please take care to avoid cosmetic products, such as fake tan, staining the beds and linen
Please use the large black communal bins located at the kerbside provided by Brighton and Hove City Council to DISPOSE OF ALL RUBBISH AND FOOD prior to your final departure, the cleaning team may charge for excessive removal of rubbish and food waste to your deposit.
Please dont use blue tac/ sellotape/ drawing pins to attach decorations as it damages the decor. Please dont decorate the house externally Please dont use glitter or similar as it is almost to eradicate !! Self standing balloons and banners ( internally ) with fabric hooks are best
. The owner understands that accidents can happen but please call us prior to departing if there are any breakages: any unreported breakages could be viewed as wilful damage.
