Due to limitations of the website should you require a 3 night weekend please email us direct as it will be cheaper then the price quoted on website. ( ie we can usually heavily discount 3rd night.  2 night Midweek breaks are priced at 3 night minimum stay price ( again we can discount 3rd night on request please send an enquiry ( not a booking request) to obtain our best 3 night rate! 

A 2 night rate would still be charged as if it were a 3 night stay. [including requests starting on a Sunday] 

Week long bookings and changeover days can start or finish any day except Saturday. Thank you.

BROOMFIELD HOUSE

Newly refurbished spacious Sussex or Brighton holiday home located in Telscombe Cliffs, a suburb very close to Brighton and Rottingdean.
 & a 15 minute drive or bus ride from  Brighton. 

Just 5 minute’s walk from The South Downs National Park & Seafront. Broomfield House is the ideal choice for large family or group of friends up to 14 people visiting the Brighton area for a holiday or special event. 

You'll have ample off road parking for 3 cars and free on-street parking ( max 5 cars in total). The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and you'll also find two pubs offering sea views, great food and entertainment, and there are local stores, an off licence and take-aways. Enjoy nights out, quiet nights in, country walks or sea side strolls it's up to you.

Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3 am Thurs/Fri/Sat. Taxis cost approx £18 from the Palace Pier for 4 or 8 seater Taxis .

Please Note; All male/Stag Party bookings are not available at this property Please read the house rules prior to booking eg minimum age policy of 24 years for groups of friends / hen groups

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS SUMMARY:

1 double bedroom with Hotel style zip and link which can be 2 x 2ft 6 singles or 1 x 5ft kingsize double Sleeps 2

1 Twin bedrooms with 2 x 3ft singles, sleeps 2

1 'Triple' room with 3 x 3ft singles

1 Single room with 3ft single bed

2 Living rooms 1 sleeping 2 adults on 4ft sofa bed plus a single slide out futon sofa bed in the red living room (see photo) .

6 bedrooms, 3 reception rooms, 1 family bathroom with bath & shower, 2 en-suite shower rooms & 3 WC's. Sleeping up to a maximum of 14 people.

At the end of the road are two pubs offering sea views, great food and entertainment. You’ll also find excellent take-away's here and an off licence/store, whilst the supermarkets are just a five minute drive away.

This fabulous holiday let ticks all the boxes! Ideal choice for large family, group of friends or colleagues visiting the Brighton area for a holiday, special event or fun get together.

You’ll be ideally located to access everything that Sussex has to offer; Beachy Head, The Seven Sisters Country Park, Rottingdean village (famous for Rudyard Kipling and a host of independent shops and cafes), miles of coastline and picturesque villages.

Glamorous sparkling black marble tiles, sparkling tile splash backs, and floating sink. Glitter everywhere even a matching glittery loo seat! The blue spot lighting, will get you in the mood to go out on the town! Single shower enclosure ( 1 step up) 

SPACIOUS KITCHEN DINING ROOM: Measuring 24 feet with 2 French patio doors leading to west facing gravelled courtyard with large private walled and fenced garden- plenty of outdoor seating provided.

Huge 10ft bespoke table with benches to seat 14 people.

Large 6 ring gas hob. Large 1 and half size electric oven ,CD/Radio HiFi, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Microwave, 3 Fridges, 2 Freezers.

All you need for large group dining!

MASTER BEDROOM 1: SLEEPS 2 with King Size bed,wardrobe and chest of drawers. Decorated with zesty orange accessories. Own en-suite shower room with WC and basin

Hotel stlye zip and link bed which can be a5ft double bed for a couple or 2 x 2ft 6" singles, aubergine curtains and accessories, built in wardrobe with shelving

4ft 6" Double bed, teal accessories and damask wallpaper, en-suite shower and wash basin (No WC)

BEDROOM 4: SLEEPS 2,

Twin bedroom over looking the garden with 2 x 3ft single beds

with 3ft single bed with hanging rail and side chest of drawers.

FAMILY BATHROOM: Newly fitted with 'P' shaped bath, electric shower over, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and WC. Sparkling wall & floor tiles, glittering splash backs, diamante fixtures, add that glamorous touch, giving this bathroom a hotel quality feel
