Behind the newly painted facade and glossy bright green door you will find this stylish comfortable Loft Style apartment SLEEPS UP TO 8 GUESTS in total & arranged over 2 levels.

Ideal for corporate lets or Business visits or for shopping or a fun weekend away with friends & family

FAMILY FRIENDLY
A travel cot, tot seat for the dining table and stairgate can be provided for family groups.

PROPERTY LAYOUT
There are two bedrooms on the lower level of the apartment on the first floor:
1 with en-suite shower room plus separate family bathroom.

The open plan living / dining / kitchen space is located above the bedrooms on the second floor of the apartment with high vaulted ceiling: an impressive communal space for a group of friends or family or business colleagues to get together for a meal or for cocktails prior to going out on the town.

SECOND FLOOR:

LARGE VAULTED OPEN PLAN KITCHEN / LIVING/ DINING ROOM:

DINING AREA with glass top dining table to seat 6 comfortably. There are 8 chairs if required. and a tot seat for toddlers that attaches to the table.

KITCHEN AREA has sleek glossy cream units with fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and hob. Plus breakfast bar and 3 bar stools.

The washing machine is downstairs in the utility cupboard. There are 2 tumble dryers in the kitchen area.

LIVING AREA SLEEPS 4 guests
The grey sofa bed sleeps 2 adults comfortably, the black 'click clack' sofa bed sleeps 1 large adult or 2 small adults at a squeeze and the sofa chair sleeps 1 adult.

MASTER BEDROOM ONE WITH EN-SUITE : SLEEPS 2

ZIP AND LINK BED WHICH CAN BE A 6FT SUPERKING OR 2 x 3 FT SINGLE BEDS. Please request your preference in the comments on the booking page

EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM with wash basin, WC & shower cubicle.

BEDROOM TWO SLEEPS 2
with Hotel style zip and link be which is set as a twin room with 2 x 3ft single beds but can be a 6ft super king on request SLEEPS 2

A TRAVEL COT CAN BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST. ( 2 stair gates available)

Both bedrooms are located on the lower level of the apartment (first floor of the building)

FAMILY BATHROOM
Good size bathroom has bath with shower screen and shower, wash basin and WC, travertine tiling, towels and kimonos.

PARKING
There is no allocated parking with the property. The nearest free parking is located north of Albion Hill, a 10 minute walk away. Otherwise visit parkopedia.co.uk to view parking and pricing in Zone C of Brighton.

"Lovely apartment, excellent location! "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ out of 5 (TripAdvisor ) I stayed in the Kemp Town loft apt with 5 friends. The apartment was spacious and clean, we all had a great weekend!

Wanted for nothing

Jun 2016 easy check-in, great location, all the facilities you need - everyone was very impressed. The decor is really funky, which was partly why I chose this place. There is FREE parking a few streets along on Scotland St and surrounding roads. Visit Parkopedia for more info re parking zones
